We have extensive experience with upgrading the NetIQ IDM software stack, whether it is the IDM engine or, a bit more complicated, the IDM User Application. We can do both.

As you probably already know, upgrading the IDM User Application is not for the faint of heart. But do not despair. We can be of assistance. We recently participated in a successful upgrade from 4.0.2 to 4.8.6.

NetIQ eDirectory upgrades are not a problem, either. We do not have experience with NetIQ Access Manager or NetIQ Sentinel. But we know people who have. So please get in touch.
